For example, if the small nominal value of the M-class weight is 100mg and the large value is 5000kg, then the 50mg land code cannot be defined as the M-class weight of R111. However, when its large allowable error and other requirements (such as shape or marking) meet the requirements of the M-class weight, it can be used as the weight of that class. Otherwise, it cannot indicate that the weight meets the requirements of R111.

Suggestion R11I does not specify the consistency of measurement results during the verification and calibration process, but only has strict and clear requirements for its uncertainty, without specifying the stability between periodic verification results. In the process of revising the verification regulations, most verification personnel propose that the verification regulations are not only normative documents in daily verification work, but also the technical basis for evaluating whether the basic standards are qualified or not in the basic standard assessment. Therefore, this verification regulation refers to the provisions of the basic standard assessment method and the requirements for the stability of weights in, and clearly provides the stability requirements during the verification period.
